On the 20th August at 10am, New College Durham will be hosting a fun day for all Y11 students who have signed up to start in September.
On the day, there will be a number of FREE activities all students can take part in, including a climbing wall, archery and a synchronized light cone game called ‘Game of Cones’.
Prospective students will have the opportunity to talk to college staff about the courses plus they will have the opportunity to register with DurhamWorks who can support them with their transition to college.

The International Centre for Guidance Studies (iCeGS) at the University of Derby was commissioned to evaluate Careers Yorkshire and the Humber’s inspiration activity between April 2016 - March 2017. The purpose of the evaluation was to capture staff and stakeholders’ views of the operation of inspiration activities and make suggestions for the development of this work.
